Remodeling Services in Uniontown, OH

Bathroom, kitchen, basement, and home addition remodeling — handled with expert craftsmanship, clear communication, and genuine care for your home.

Redeemed Contracting is a general contractor working out of Uniontown, in Stark County. Bathrooms, kitchens, basements, additions, and whole-home projects that cross every trade at once.

Joseph Evans runs every project personally and brings in licensed tradesmen for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. One point of contact from the first measurement to the last piece of trim, and every job backed by a one year craftsmanship warranty.

Pricing for every service is in our investment guides: bathroom, kitchen, basement and home additions.

Where most people start

Bathroom Remodeling.

Full remodels, tub-to-shower conversions, and accessibility work. A mid-size full bathroom runs $20,000 to $35,000, a cosmetic refresh $8,000 to $15,000, and a conversion $7,500 to $15,000. We build with Schluter waterproofing systems, and the part that decides whether a bathroom lasts fifteen years is entirely underneath the tile.

Kitchen Remodeling.

Cabinets, countertops, layout changes and full remodels. Most Stark County kitchens run $35,000 to $65,000, with entry-level projects at $15,000 to $30,000 and high-end builds from $70,000 to $150,000 and up. Our cabinet suppliers produce a full 3D rendering before anything is ordered, so you approve a kitchen you can see.

Adding real space

Basement Finishing and Remodeling.

The cheapest square footage you will ever add to a house. A basic open finish runs $35,000 to $60,000, mid-range with a full bathroom $65,000 to $90,000, and high-end custom $90,000 to $140,000 and up. In Stark County a basement bedroom is a septic capacity question before it is a design one, and that catches more people here than anything else.

Home Additions.

Room additions, second stories and in-law suites. Additions start with design and plans, typically $3,500 to $6,000, because until a drawing exists nobody can price the job honestly. We do not publish addition ranges for the same reason.

General Contracting.

Whole-home remodels and multi-room projects where the hard part is the sequencing rather than the work. One contractor holds every trade, every permit and every inspection.

What falls under each

Most of these are part of a larger project and every one of them is also a job on its own.

Under bathroom remodeling: Shower Remodeling and Tub-to-Shower Conversions, Accessibility and Aging-in-Place Upgrades, Tile Work, Heated Floors.

Under kitchen remodeling: Custom Cabinetry, Open-Concept Conversions.

Under basement finishing: Egress Windows, Basement Bathrooms.

Under home additions: In-Law Suites, Second Story Additions.

Under general contracting: Design-Build.

How every project starts

The same way, whatever the size.

A free 15 to 30 minute discovery call. What you are trying to do, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right fit. You end that call with a real investment range, before anybody has driven anywhere.

Then an on-site visit to look at the space and at what is behind it. For a standard bathroom or kitchen we can often write the proposal from that one visit. For anything structural, or anything crossing several trades, we move into a design phase first and produce plans before a number exists.

Then a written proposal with your actual allowances in it, so what you approve is what gets built.

How we work

Materials on hand before demolition.

We do not open a wall until everything for your job is ordered and here. That is how a two week bathroom stays a two week bathroom instead of stretching into two months waiting on a vanity.

One project at a time.

Our crew is not on your job for three days and then somewhere else for a week. You are never left guessing when somebody is coming back.

Updates every Tuesday and Friday.

Photos and video as materials arrive, daily contact while we are in the house, and anything that turns up raised the day it turns up rather than at the end.

A punch list before we leave.

We walk it with you, work the list, and check back a few days, a few weeks and a few months later.

What we do not do

We are not the right call for a single window, a one-off door repair, or general handyman work. Those are real jobs and there are people who do them well. Sending you to one of them on a phone call is faster than both of us finding out on site.

Additions work a little differently. They start with a design and a drawn plan, because until that exists nobody can price the job honestly. We will walk you through how that works on the call.

Where we work

Based in Uniontown and working across Stark County, with projects in parts of Summit and Portage County. Hartville, Lake Township, North Canton, Jackson Township, Green, Uniontown, Marlboro and Randolph are all regular territory.

If you are not sure whether you are in range, the discovery call is the fastest way to find out.
