Redeemed Contracting LLC is a general contracting and remodeling company based at 13666 Mogadore Ave. NW, Uniontown, Ohio 44685. Joseph Evans is the owner and the person responsible for how information submitted through this site is handled.

Only what you type into the contact form. There is one form on this site, on the contact page. It asks for:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The type of project you are considering
• Your location, which is optional
• Your preferred timeline
• A description of your project, in your own words
• Photographs of your space, optional, up to ten

We do not ask for payment details, and this website has no accounts, no logins and no way to create a profile.

Photographs of the inside of a home deserve specific mention, because they are more sensitive than the rest of the form.

Location data is removed before your photos leave your device. Phones routinely embed GPS coordinates in image files, which for a photo of your own bathroom means the file carries your home address. This website re-processes every image in your browser before it is sent, which resizes it and discards that embedded data. We never receive it.

Photographs are stored with your enquiry and used only to understand the project you are asking about. They are not published, not used in our gallery or marketing, and not shared with anyone outside the people quoting your work, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

When you submit the form, it is sent directly from your browser to our forms provider, Proof of Services (leads.proofofservices.com), which stores the enquiry and notifies us that it arrived. It does not pass through any other system on the way.

Two other third parties are involved in serving this website. Neither receives your form submission:

• Google Tag Manager, which loads our website analytics. See the cookie policy for what that means in practice.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces the site is set in. Loading a font makes a request to Google that includes your IP address, as any request to any server does.

Photographs are deleted after six months. That is the retention period our forms provider applies to attachments, after which they are removed permanently.

Enquiry details, meaning the text you submitted, are kept for as long as we may need them to answer your question, quote your project, or honor work we carried out for you.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, including your photographs, and we will do so. Use the contact details at the bottom of this page.

• We do not sell your information, to anyone, for any purpose.
• We do not share it with other contractors or lead-buying services.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form.
• We do not use your photographs in advertising or on this website.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the details below and tell us what you would like done. We will not ask you to justify the request.

You can also decline to send photographs, or leave the optional location field blank, and still submit the form.

This website is aimed at homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions and photographs travel encrypted to our forms provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

If what we collect or how we handle it changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
