Contractors who promise impossibly fast timelines are often cutting corners somewhere. Proper work takes the time it takes.

Waterproofing needs cure time. Tile setting needs to set before grouting. Rushing these steps creates callbacks and warranty problems down the road.

Storage is almost always an afterthought — and it shows. A beautiful bathroom that has nowhere to put toiletries, towels, or cleaning supplies becomes a frustrating space within a week.

Verbal agreements don't hold up when something goes wrong. Scope creep, change orders, and miscommunications are all far harder to resolve without a written contract.

A professional contractor should provide a detailed written scope, a clear payment schedule, and documentation of any changes made during the project. If they won't, that's a signal.
